Chris Farrell
Chief Financial Officer

Chris Farrell leads the company's financial strategy and growth, as well as oversees finance and accounting, and investor relations functions. Mr. Farrell, joined the Company in June 2005 as the Director of Finance and since January 2006 has served as the CFO. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Farrell served as Chief Financial Officer for a startup design firm and prior to that as an independent consultant. Mr. Farrell worked for C-Cube Microsystems, a publicly-traded, fabless digital video semiconductor company that was acquired by LSI Logic Corporation, in a variety of financial positions, including Corporate Controller. Prior to his employment with C-Cube Microsystems, he worked for Arthur Andersen LLP where he earned his CPA license. Mr. Farrell received a BS degree in economics from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
