Vice President of Customer Services & Quality, Occam NetworksDarren Archbold joined Occam Networks in 2005 and brings over fourteen years of Customer Service & Operations experience to his role as Vice President of the Customer Service & Quality departments. Darren is responsible for Occam's customer support, customer service and professional services teams (training, systems engineering & field services) as well as Occam's quality management system and processes, including maintenance of Occam's ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
Prior to joining Occam Networks, Darren spent 8 years at Sun Microsystems in senior Operations and Supply Chain Management roles.
