Darren Archbold, Senior Director, Customer Support and Services

As Sr. Director of Occam's Customer Support, Professional Services & Quality Functions, Darren Archbold brings over 12 years of Customer Support and Operations experience to his current role. During his time in the role he has focused the Support & Services teams on developing Operating models, tools and processes designed to enhance the Customer experience with Occam. Before joining Occam, Archbold spent 8 years at Sun Microsystems in a variety of Operational roles, including Material Planning and Procurement and Commodity Management. He originally hails from Edinburgh, Scotland but now makes his home in Southern California.
Courtney Crim, Customer Service Manager

During her tenure at Occam Networks, Courtney Crim's responsibilities have included fielding technical issues as a Customer Service Engineer and overseeing Quick Start installations as a Field Services Engineer. Crim currently serves as the Customer Service Manager in charge of Occam's Service Portfolio, Front Line Support, Beta Trials and the RMA process. Prior to joining Occam, Crim worked in software development for Panasonic.
