Two Area Entrepreneurs Named Finalists

Two South Coast entrepreneurs have been named finalists in Ernst &Young's annual Entrepreneur of the Year competition for the Los Angeles area. Brent Reichard, Chairman &CEO of The Habit Restaurants, Inc., one of Southern California's fastestgrowing quick food chains and Robert Howard-Anderson, President &CEO, Occam Networks, Inc. will compete with 16 other finalists for the Los Angeles area award. Both companies are based in Santa Barbara. The winners will be announced June 26 at the annual Entrepreneur of the Year dinner at The Beverly Hilton. Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties have won a number of awards in the competition over the years. In 2007, the Pacific Coast Business Times was a semi-finalist in the competition.
