Occam Networks says SEC informal probe ended

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Occam Networks Inc. (OCNW: occam networks inc com new OCNW 3.24, -0.05, -1.5%) said Thursday that it received notification from the Staff of the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission that its informal investigation has been completed. The Santa Barbara, Calif.-based provider of telecommunications equipment said that the SEC letter indicated that no enforcement action will be recommended.
