Ironton is headquartered in Coplay, Pa. and serves over 18,000 subscribers in eastern and central Pennsylvania.

Ironton has purchased Occam's BLC 6214 ADSL2plus Blades with Gigabit Ethernet and integrated splitters, and BLC 6440-01 Optical Packet Transport Blades.

Hausman, director of network operations for Ironton Telephone. "Occam's use of Ethernet technology is an important part of our plan to compete by building out bandwidth capabilities to deliver new services."
