Occam Networks Beats Loss Estimate, CFO to Resign

Sales fell 4% to $21.27 million vs $22.18 million. The Reuters Estimates mean was for a loss of $0.12 per share on sales of $15.73 million.

OCNW announced separately tonight that Christopher B. Farrell has indicated his intention to resign as the company's Chief Financial Officer, effective on or about May 15. The company intends to immediately commence an executive search to identify a successor to Farrell. In the interim, the company has retained Stephen Cordial, a veteran Silicon Valley CFO, to advise it on a consulting basis with respect to financial and accounting matters during the transition period.
