Occam Networks Leases 36,000 SF in Fremont

Occam Networks Inc., a telecommunications products and solutions company, leased 36,000 square feet of rentable space at the Gateway Corporate Center at 3185 Laurelview Court in Fremont, CA. The Santa Barbara-based company signed a seven-year deal with ProLogis as of March 14. Occam, however, will not occupy the space until June 1.
The building Occam Networks will occupy was built in 1991 and features nine loading docks, three drive-in bays and a clearing height of 18 feet.
Terry Bell, Joe Elliot and George Quinn of Colliers Parrish represented the tenant.
