Occam Announces New Sponsors of Collaborative TriplePlay.TV Site

Online Resource for Telcos Enhanced with Content from New Sponsors

SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - March. 10, 2004 - Occam Networks Inc. (OTCBB: OCCM) , a supplier of i nnovative Ethernet and IP-based loop carrier equipment to telecommunications companies worldwide, today announced that Irdeto Access, Kreatel, MRG, Video Catalyst Group and The Yankee Group have become sponsors of www.tripleplay.tv, the Web site launched by Occam in November 2003.

The Web site created by Occam Networks is a collaborative site that serves as a single resource for independent operating companies and other carriers investigating video service delivery options. Sponsors provide white papers, business cases, technical reference documents, published articles and other vendor neutral materials. The Web site has been updated with new information from new and previous sponsors.

"Web sites such as tripleplay.tv provide a valuable resource for carriers exploring video as a new service offering, as well as those who have already deployed the service," said Matt Davis, director, Broadband Access Technologies for The Yankee Group. "Building a repository of up-to-date information from vendors interested in presenting different components of a triple play solution is an ideal way to help carriers find information quickly and efficiently. The more vendors who participate in this type of initiative the better."

"The Web site has been well received by the industry because so many telcos want to know more about triple-play - the technologies, the business cases and the strategies for being successful," said Russ Sharer, vice president of sales and marketing for Occam Networks.

Current tripleplay.tv sponsors represent a wide variety of vendors, they include:
