Occam Networks Scheduled to Report
Third Quarter Financial Results
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – October 3, 2006 Occam® Networks Inc. (OTCBB: OCNW), a supplier of innovative Ethernet- and IP-based loop carrier equipment to telecommunications companies, announced today that it will be holding its quarterly financial results conference call on Tuesday, October 10, 2006, at 4:30 p.m. EST/1:30 p.m. PST to report the results for Q3 2006.
All interested parties are invited to listen to Occam Networks' president and CEO, Bob Howard-Anderson, and CFO, Chris Farrell, present the quarterly financial results and answer questions.
To listen to the live call, please dial 1-866-901-2585 (for U.S. callers) and 404-835-7099 (for international callers) and tell the operator you are participating in the Occam Networks conference call. Callers will be put on hold until Mr. Howard-Anderson and Mr. Farrell join the call. The first portion of the call will include a presentation of financial information for Q3 2006. Mr. Farrell will then open the call to listeners for a question and answer period.
For those unable to listen at the designated time, a recording of the call will be made available on the Occam Networks Web site (www.occamnetworks.com) for 72 hours after the call is completed.
