Occam Networks Increases Participation with the DSL Forum
Company to Sponsor DSL Forum Q3-07 Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – August 24, 2007 – Occam Networks® Inc. (NASDAQ: OCNW), a leading supplier of innovative Ethernet and IP-based loop carrier equipment to telecommunications companies, announced today that the company is sponsoring the Q3 2007 meeting of the DSL Forum. The quarterly meeting will be held in Nashville, August 27-30.

In addition, Occam is announcing the appointment of Dov Zimring, Occam's Director of Strategic Technology and Solutions, to Chair of the DSL Forum's Ambassador Committee. The goal of the DSL Forum Ambassador Program is to promote the DSL Forum and provide education on DSL technology and systems to the communications, information and entertainment industry, as well as other interested parties.
