Occam Networks Announces Conclusion of SEC Investigation
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – November 15, 2007 – Occam Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: OCNW) announced that it received a letter from the Staff of the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 13, 2007 stating that the Staff's informal investigation of the Company has been completed and that the Staff does not intend to recommend any enforcement action against the Company at this time.
