Professional Services (PS)
Experienced Occam technical resources are available to support your network implementation in the field. This may include on-site systems engineering, interoperability testing, project management, and network planning. Occam professional services can assist you with your complete network design, oversee initial hardware installation, ensure integration of all products and services, and verify acceptance testing meets your criteria for completion.
Services are available on an as-needed basis, 365 days per year. Design and engineering services include network analysis; network design; equipment specifications; network audits, and network monitoring. Professional services may also include interoperability testing with multi-vendor products, on-site remedial maintenance, and adds, moves, and changes. Services must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability of Occam technical resources.
