Project Management (PM)

Project Management services provide a structured approach for your deployment to ensure that requirements, objectives, and deliverables meet your satisfaction. The Project Manager will act as your central point of contact during the life of the program and works closely with your team to make decisions and measure performance against plans.

The Occam Project Manager will meet with you to assess needs and develop detailed documentation of objectives, requirements, and deliverables.  This activity includes, but is not limited to, planning and scheduling program tasks and milestones as well as escalation and resolution of any issues that may arise.
Regular status reports and communications will ensure that deliverables are met and change orders are managed efficiently.

Project management services may include facilitating equipment order management; equipment staging and configuration; equipment installation; integration with multi-vendor partner products/services, site commissioning, turn-up and test; and site acceptance services.
